School Dance Party

I took the kids to their Elementary School Sock Hop and caught a couple awesome videos of their sweet dance moves, too! I was trying to video Jack with his buddy, so imagine my surprise when I get home and watch this back to see Grace busting a SERIOUS move in the background!

Happy Halloween 2014!

This year we had a Vampire, a Spider Queen and a recycled duck from when Jack was 1! TOO CUTE!!

Gracie Girl turns 5!

Grace turned 5 on Sept. 22nd and we rang in the big birthday with a Fancy Nancy party! It was so much fun and she had a blast with all of her friends. I can't believe Grace is five--she certainly acts 15, but 5 seems so old for her. She is still our big girl, so smart, very feisty, but as sweet as can be. We love you, Grace!

Anna Claire is ONE!!

A little late in posting (those 3 kids really kill my down time!) but our little girl turned ONE August, 10th! She is a walking pro, even starting to trot a bit, talking more and more with words like: uh-oh, no, Dada, ball, and JAAACCCCKKKK!  She's still fairly happy but has taken to shrieking and throwing a pretty good fit when she wants. Typical female, I guess :)

Anna and Grammy's birthdays are 1 day apart and we were in Indiana at the time, so I snapped a pic of the two birthday girls. I hope they always get to spend their birthdays together.

11 Months!

Our little girl is a BIG WALKER now!! She started a few weeks ago (at 10.5 months like her brother!) and is all over the place now! She still only has 2 teeth but gums just about all foods, so she eats whatever we are eating and screams for more! She is still just as happy as ever and getting cuter by the day!

June Fun!

Our summer has started off amazing! Garrett left for RIMPAC, but we enjoyed his last couple weeks at home to the fullest.

Once school let out we headed to Oak Island, NC to visit Grammy & Papa for a week. We all had the best time at the beach and all of Papa's sea adventures; shrimping, digging for clams, playing in the "swampers" and living the 'Salt Life' for a few days. I hope my kids realize how lucky they are to have these adventures at such a young age AND with their Grandparents. I know they will remember these fun summers forever.

Once we got home, we had the Amerine kids over for a couple days. I took their annual (3rd year running!) summer photos...a new addition this year!

We are off to Ohio tomorrow and then I head to Hawaii to meet Garrett for a week with NO KIDS!! July may just be even better than June...

10 months!!

The Peanut is 10 months old! Still weighing in around 17 pounds, but she is starting to pick up some pounds! She can sign "all done" and says "no no," "Dada", "Mama", and "Jaaack." She can feed herself and LOVES to eat whatever we are eating! She took her first steps and is on her way to running all around!
